Two simple betting angles for Cheltenham…

By on March 14, 2018

I have two simple Cheltenham betting angles for you today, courtesy of Nick Pullen over at Against The Crowd.

We all know that betting horses at Cheltenham after a long lay-off is the fast way to the poorhouse.

But not when they are trained by Willie Mullins.

He’s got a fantastic record with Festival handicappers running off a spell (70+ days).

Over the course of the last five Festivals he’s sent a dozen horses into handicaps off a break of 70 days or more.

Had you backed all the qualifiers to the tune of 1 point each-way you’d be sitting on a profit of 34.2 points.

Backing claimers in Festival handicaps is another quick way to the poor house.

Except when they are trained by Nicky Henderson.

Over the course of the last five festival meetings Nicky Henderson has put up a claimer on 25 of his handicappers

Had you backed all the qualifiers to the tune of 1 point each-way, you’d be sitting on a profit amounting to 37.2 points.

Two very simple under the radar angles there.

And ones the majority of the punting public will be oblivious to.

JT has two selections for Cheltenham today.

You can get the selections here.

But hurry because our 50% discount sale is ending soon.

Enjoy the racing today,
